What We Need:
To facilitate and accelerate the aggressive growth that RCA is experiencing we are seeking a Director of Outpatient Services that will be responsible for the development and implementation of RCA’s outpatient services in Maryland, Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Massachusetts.
What You’ll Do:
• Follow program policies/procedures and evaluate mechanisms to ensure consistency with the regulatory laws and standards
• Oversees all aspects of all the outpatient facilities
• Advises the CEO of each facility
• Provide clinical RCA training to Outpatient team
• Troubleshoots and solve clinical problems
• Visit outpatient sites on regular basis
• Assist in start-up at each outpatient site
• Available to the facility’s outpatient directors for consultation
• Problem solving
• Assist with managed care contracting with outpatient services
What You’ll Need:
• Clinical Degree preferred or
• Bachelor’s Degree with a minimum of 5 years’ experience
• Experience as a supervisor overseeing clinical work of other clinicians
• Experience with developing an outpatient practice
• Experience running multiple outpatient services
• Willing to travel
