What We Need:
To facilitate and accelerate the aggressive growth that RCA is experiencing we are seeking a Clinical Supervisor that will be responsible for the supervision and quality assurance of all clinical services provided by Recovery Centers of America, including the training and supervision of all clinical staff.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do:
• Responsible for the oversight, supervision and quality assurance of all mental health and AOD clinical services including both direct services and record keeping;
• Ensures clinical services are in compliance with county, state and federal regulatory agency standards.
• In conjunction with the Chief Clinical Officer (CCO), ensures adherence to the required HIPPA and documentation requirements as identified by county, state and federal regulatory agencies.
• Reviews treatment plans, case notes and written correspondence in order to verify that such documents meet county, state and federal agency standards.
• In coordination with the CCO, facilitates weekly team case conferences to ensure coordinated implementation of treatment plans and service utilization such that the care of clients reflects the philosophy and objectives of Recovery Centers of America.
• Evaluates all clinical staff quarterly.
• Participates in management team meetings and attends Board of Directors meetings when requested by the CEO.
• Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance. Partners with the legal department as needed/required.

Qualifications

What You’ll Need:
• Master’s degree from an accredited school in social work, marriage and family therapy, psychology, counseling, or related field plus 5 years’ experience.
• Program development, evaluation, solid organizational skills, and public speaking skills.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
