Brandywine Counseling and Community Services (BCCS) is a non-profit community organization offering holistic care to patients and their families. We have been a premier behavioral health and treatment provider for Delaware for since 1985. More recently, these services include Education, Advocacy, Prevention, Anger Management, and Mental Health Treatment.
BCCS is a trusted and accessible community resource that transforms the way society responds to how people view recovery. With integrity, we promote hope and empowerment to persons living with addiction, mental health, and HIV related challenges.
Full time scheduled work hours: 7am-3pm 3 days per week, 12pm-8pm 2 days per week
Recovery Coaches will:
* Provide guidance and assist clients in overcoming barriers and challenges in their recovery journey.
* Act as case managers and will assist clients in obtaining resources such as food vouchers, housing, links to employment services, child care, and social services.
* Facilitate psycho-education groups, implement recovery/care plans and connect individuals to support services.
* Educate and empower individuals by assisting them in developing a strong, stable recovery support system.
* High school diploma or GED required
* Valid Driver’s License and insurable driving record (2pt or less).
* A minimum of two years of a sustained recovery experience
