Interested and qualified military Veteran Peer Apprentices and Specialists should register using this link research.net/r/PeerSupportFY20 before 2/28/2020. The link includes the listing of participating VAMCs and additional instructions. Be advised we are experiencing intermittent resume upload difficulties with our registration site so if the system doesn’t allow candidates to upload their resume, they should just answer the other questions and submit applications without the resume. Someone will contact them if their resume is required.
What are the benefits of working for the VA? In addition to the rewards of serving our nation’s Veterans alongside a talented interprofessional team of healthcare providers, federal employees are entitled to many benefits including generous vacation time, health and life insurance, free professional liability protection, sick leave, and when applicable, educational loan repayment and professional training funding.
