Responsibilities

The Clinical Supervisor has primary responsibility for clinical care of clients served by the program.
The program provides an array of clinical and support services, including methadone maintenance,
individual and group counseling to drug and alcohol abusers. The Clinical Supervisor fulfills the
responsibilities of this position primarily by guiding, monitoring and assisting clinical staff in providing
quality, sufficient and appropriate clinical care and support services for all BCCS clients served by
this project. It is also the responsibility of this position to model and maintain high professional
conduct and standards among all clinical staff.

Qualifications

REQUIRED: CADC or CCDP, PREFERRED: LPC or LCSW

REQUIRED: Bachelor’s degree in behavioral science or related field. PREFERRED: Master’s Degree
in Sociology, Psychology, Human Services or related field.

REQUIRED: 5 years counseling experience in the drug and alcohol field. PREFERRED: 7 years
counseling experience in the drug and alcohol field.
