This two-part seminar will examine the rules from the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), State of Delaware regulations, and broadly accepted insurance guidelines pertaining to the provision of behavioral health and substance use disorder services.  Aspects of focus will include credentialing, documentation and treatment planning, billing, and compliance oversight.  Following this review, participants will engage in discussion regarding establishing trust with clients and the need to share information with third parties.
