DCB Conference Registration

Schedule

7:30am – 9:00am: Continental Breakfast

9am – 12pm: Morning trainings

12:00pm - 1:00pm: Lunch

1:00pm – 4:00pm: Afternoon trainings

Early registration will improve your ability to reserve a seat in all preferred trainings.

  • $100 Prior to October 1st
  • $125 After October 1st

Conference Dates

Continuing Education

Certificates of attendance with earned continuing education hours will be emailed to all participants within 10 working days after the participant completes a brief online training evaluation for each workshop attended. 6 continuing education hours will be awarded for attendance at the entire conference.

 

Cancellation/Refunds/Changes

Written refund requests, acceptable up to 10 working days prior to the conference are subject to a $25 administrative fee. Written substitute attendee requests, acceptable up to 10 days prior to the conference, are subject to a $25 administrative fee. Payments on or after the conference date are subject to a $25 administrative fee.

Networking Opportunities for Exhibitors

The exhibit area set-up for maximum exposure of all spaces to the various events taking place in the exhibit area. These events include: continental breakfast, lunch. Tables will be placed throughout the exhibit area making it comfortable and easy for conference attendees to network with exhibitors and other professionals throughout the conference.

Exhibit Information

Exhibit Space:  Exhibit space includes one (1), six (6) foot table, and two chairs. Additionally, exhibit space includes two complimentary exhibit-only badges for additional company staff working at the exhibit. 

Cost: $250.00 for exhibitors completing the contract before September 1, 2023 and $275.00 for exhibitors completing the contract after September 1, 2023.
