The Program Manager oversees the day-to-day operations of the site and overall responsibility for administrative operations of site. Ensures site operates in most effective and efficient manner, with emphasis on facility upkeep and maintenance, and safety and welfare of employees. Works to enhance a positive group culture and maintain positive employee morale. It is also the responsibility of this position to model and maintain high professional conduct and standards among all site staff and consultants.
REQUIRED - At least one of the following certifications:
CADC (Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor)
CCDP (Certified Co-Occurring Disorders Professional)
PREFERRED - At least one of the following licenses
LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor)
LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker)
REQUIRED - Master's degree in Sociology, Psychology, Human Services, or related field
REQUIRED - Minimum of five years of supervisory experience in a treatment capacity
